Dr. Leila Hoteit is a Principal with Booz & Company and a leadership member of the Public Sector Practice in the Middle East. Dr. Hoteit has over eleven years of strategy and business experience – acquired through various engagements in Europe and the Middle East. She advises policy makers, governments, regulatory authorities and key public sector entities and has led engagements in the areas of policy development, strategic planning, and organizational development and governance – across various sectors with special focus on human capital, education and culture, diversity and local government.

Leila holds an MBA from INSEAD Business School and a Ph.D. from the Imperial College of London.
